New POP Working Committee Chairman

Because of health reasons, Professor Alex Rubinov stepped down from the
post of the POP Working Committee Chairman. The POP Board and the POP
Working Committee thank Professor Rubinov for his enthusiastic work
for POP, wish him to have a speedy recovery, and decided that Professor
Masao Fukushima would take up the post of the POP Working Committee
Chairman.
