The Changes of The ORB Editorial Board -------------- Masao Fukushima

The ORB Editorial Board has made some changes recently.

First Prof. Xiaoling Sun stepped down from the Editor of ORB.
He has served as the Editor of ORB since April 2005 and
done an excellent job as the Editor to make ORB a very useful
forum for the POP members. His great effort and devotion
are highly appreciated.

Prof. Nobuo Yamashita has taken over as Editor of ORB
and the new Editorial Board has been organized as follows.
