Report for SJOM 2011

The 5^th Sino-Japanese Optimization Meeting (SJOM 2011) was held during 26^th September to 29^th , September 2011, at Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. With all your supports, SJOM 2011 has come to a successful end and has received positive comments. We would like to thank all of you for coming a long way to Beijing and contributing to the events, which keep the optimization research area growing and promote the connections.

During the four meeting-days of SJOM 2011, 14 invited talks and 41 contributed talks were held. Totally, 98 users registered the conference and showed up. The URL links are conference group photos and some other photos:

The special issue will be published on Asia-Pacific Journal of Operational Research, which is edited by Prof. Yu-Hong Dai, Prof. Wenyu Sun and Prof. Tetsuzo Tanino. The submitting deadline is at the end of December 2011. For more information, please check the website:
