Announcement of The 2013 Charles Broyden Prize
The Charles Broyden prize for the best paper published in Optimization Methods and Software (OMS) in 2013 was awarded to the paper:
"On stable piecewise linearization and generalized algorithmic differentiation" by Andreas Griewank that appeared in volune 28 on pages 1139-1178.

The award was established by the OMS Editorial Board and Taylor & Francis in 2009, with a cash prize of £500.
